About MassOptions
Who We Are
MassOptions is the Executive Office of Aging & Independence’s free phone and online chat service. We help aging adults, individuals living with disabilities, and their caregivers connect with quality services from our agency, as well as other state agencies, non-profits, and local organizations.

What We Do
We’re here to help you explore your options—like getting help at home, caregiver support, housing resources, transportation, nutrition, and more. We want you to know what’s available to support you, and then connect you to the right services. You can call our call center to speak to a trained call specialist during business hours (Monday–Friday, from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM), or you can use the chat tool any time. You can also explore our site on your own and discover what resources are best for you.
How MassOptions Works
Step 1: Tell Us What You’re Looking For
Tell us about yourself and what kind of help you’re looking for. You can do this online at any time by filling out our simple online form, or you can call us and talk to a MassOptions call specialist. Call specialists are available Monday–Friday, from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Step 2: We Connect You
We’ll connect you with your local community organizations.
Step 3: You Receive Help
Someone from your local community organization will reach out to you and enroll you in programs that will support your aging journey.
Get Connected to Supports
To help you quickly discover what programs are best for you, fill out our easy online form on your own time. By simply entering your information, the form will show you which resources best suit your unique situation. If you’re interested in learning more or enrolling in any of the programs shown, the form can connect you to the right people.
