Social & Supportive Adult Day Programs
Social & Supportive Day Programs
Social & Supportive Day Programs are designed to promote and enhance social, physical, and cognitive skills by offering meaningful activities in a safe and nurturing environment.
Social & Supportive Day Programs are great for older adults who rely on the support of caregivers. The program allows caregivers to run errands or take a break, all while know their loved one is in a safe environment.
These programs can also provide support services in a group setting to help participants recover and rehabilitate from an acute illness or injury, or to manage a chronic illness, or for participants who have an assessed need for increased social integration and/or structured day activities.
Contact your local senior center to see if they have more information about programs in your area.
