Village to Village Network

The Village to Village Network model Villages are grassroots, community- based member organizations that promote older adults to age in a place of their choosing, while staying connected to their communities and the practical supports and aging tools they need. Local Villages can coordinate access to affordable services that include but are not limited to transportation, health and wellness programs, technology support, home repairs, social, cultural and educational activities. Villages in the network provide a strong, inclusive community that offer members new opportunities to age successfully, while positively impacting isolation, interdependence, and reducing the member’s overall cost of care.
